Southland Pipe & Supply Co. is a carbon steel pipe sales & processing distributor located in Bessemer, AL. We sell steel pipe to a diverse range of distributors serving customers in the building and construction segments. During the past fifteen years Southland has become a leading supplier of Prime Steel Pipe and Structural Grade Steel Pipe serving from central Alabama across the Southeast and Nationwide. We are highly regarded as a domestic Steel Pipe Distributor with proven ability to deliver on large project orders and small. The foundation of our success is built upon an experienced and knowledgeable sales and production team who provide superior service at competitive pricing.

Especially serving building construction and the utility industries, including water, gas, oil, sewer and road construction, our three main specialties include Steel Casings, Pipe Pilings, and Pipe Bollards. We stock an extensive inventory of ASTM A252, GR 2 and GR 3 and structural grade pipe on our storage yard. What we offer is our mechanical bevel & torch cutting expertise, our certified pipe welding & attention to detail fabricating, and our onsite coating capabilities. Southland is well-respected as a preferred supplier of structural steel pipe products. One of the greatest benefits we provide is to ship directly to the jobsite. With such an extensive pipe inventory, the capacity to handle extremely large pipe, and the ability to provide custom steel pipe fabrication to length, you can count on us to deliver on most of your needs for structural steel pipe supply.

The vast majority of the steel pipe on our yard is manufactured in the USA. The majority of our stock is of various diameters from 12" - 24"  cut and welded into 20 foot sections. Fabricated steel pipe products, Made in USA.

Directions to Our Pipeyard

From the southwest loop of Bessemer & Birmingham at I-59 & I-459, head north on I-459 to the first exit, Exit 1. At the exit turn left onto Eastern Valley Road. Cross the interstate, staying straight-right at the first fork in the road. Drive approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left onto LaBarge Drive. Follow approximately ¼ mile to turn right onto Southland Circle which is the last turn. Follow Southland Circle to the end. Visit our office at the main gate.
