Coating Options
- Bituminous Asphalt Coating:
- Fast application and cost-effective.
- Suitable for underground piping, providing cathodic protection.
- Meets ANSI-A21.4 and AWWA C104 specifications for potable water.
- Certified to NSF Standard 61.
- Coal Tar Epoxy Coating:
- Typically applied in two coats with a minimum thickness of 16 mils.
- Ideal for heavy-duty service conditions such as chemical plants, bridge piling structures, and pipelines.
- Offers excellent resistance to saltwater immersion, extreme temperature variations, and abrasion.
- Additional Coating Options:
- Multi-coat exterior and interior paint systems.
- Polyurethane coatings.
- Tape wrapping.
Surface Preparation
Shot blasting and sandblasting services are available to ensure optimal surface cleanliness and coating adhesion.
